Whether your little one is bottle fed or breastfed, get ready for 60 minutes of insight, learning and care planning that is tailored just for you and your baby's unique needs!

These consultations take place in clinic or in the comfort of your home (subject to availability). You'll receive a thorough feeding and growth assessment that will help you to understand and navigate feeding challenges and worries.

IN PERSON FOLLOW UP FEEDING SUPPORT

There may be times where you feel you need to review the care plan or adapt to changes as you go through your feeding journey. For this, a follow up feeding support consultation is perfect either in clinic or at home (subject to availability) and will allow for up to 60 minutes of reviewing and implementing the strategies needed to keep you progressing successfully and confidently with feeding.

TONGUE TIE ASSESSMENT AND FRENULOTOMY

£215

This is the ultimate package if you suspect (or know) that your little one has a tongue tie. It includes frenulotomy (tongue tie division) and comes with essential feeding support in clinic post procedure. If a frenulotomy isn't required, no worries, you will be issued a partial refund!

TELEPHONE CONSULTATION

Looking for some expert advice but not able to travel? Telephone consults are ideal for situations where you may not necessarily require "hands on" support. Lasting up to 60 minutes, these are suitable for babies of all ages, and are a great addition to face to face support. Easy to access, they are perfect for returning to work/study support, reviewing expressing/feeding schedules, advice around feeding/sleep...and much more. Telephone consults are not exclusively for feeding support and really useful for parenting support too.

VIDEO CONSULTATION

If you are struggling to travel to come and see me but would like to have a degree of face to face contact, then video consultations are the way forward. Whether your baby is bottle fed or breastfed, video consults are an easy an accessible way of having IBCLC support lasting up to 60 minutes. They are perfect for general parenting advice, introducing solids and antenatal prep sessions as well as lactation de-briefs.

IN PERSON ANTENATAL FEEDING PREP

If you want to learn everything that you need to know about feeding your baby when they arrive, this is the session for you! A unique opportunity to have 60 minutes, one to one with a feeding expert, IBCLC and Health Visitor. you will have opportunity to ask questions, practice skills and plan ahead so that you feel confident in feeding your baby whether you are planning to bottle or breastfeed.

IN PERSON INTRODUCING SOLIDS SESSION

£95

Whether your baby is approaching 6 months of age and you would like support preparing to introduce solids, or you have started solids already and need support navigating the complex and often confusing world of solid foods, this session will help you to understand your baby's needs. Book in for 60 minutes, one to one with a feeding expert, IBCLC and Health Visitor so that you can have opportunity to ask questions, practice starting solids and plan ahead so that you feel confident in feeding your baby as they learn to eat!

CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST & IBCLC LACTATION DEBRIEF

£250

A truly holistic approach to exploring your feeding experience with expertise from the world of feeding and psychology. This package will give you access to 2 sessions of virtual support, from the comfort of your own home. The sessions will be delivered individually by Shami Shafi (IBCLC) and Dr Kelsey O’Reilly (Consultant Clinical Psychologist) to help you understand and process current or previous feeding challenges so that you are able to move forward with a more positive mindset.
